What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your telephone number (if you give it) and the message you send us. We do not collect any other data without your knowledge.

What we use the data for

The data is used solely to reply to your request and, where both parties are interested, to follow up on a possible provision of services. We do not use it for anything else, nor do we send unsolicited communications.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent given when submitting the form, on the pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and on Coordenada Record’s legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries it receives.

How long we keep it

We keep the data only for as long as is necessary to reply to and follow up on the matter, deleting it once it is no longer needed, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for a longer period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. It may be processed by providers who support the operation of the website and of our email, such as the hosting service, exclusively for the purposes set out above and with appropriate security safeguards.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. In order to display its typefaces, it loads fonts from the Google Fonts service, which may involve a connection to Google’s servers.

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact geral@coordenadarecord.pt.

Complaints

If you consider that your data is not being processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority), at www.cnpd.pt.
